1. General
The General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales have been drawn up per the applicable laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). The Amber online shop (after this referred to as "Shop", "Trader", "Provider" or "Amber") is operated by d.o.o. with its registered office at Celovška 150, 1000 Ljubljana. The General Terms and Conditions of Business deal with the operation of the Amber shop, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
2. Prices
The prices displayed on the website www.caviar-amber.si are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in euros and already include VAT.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order (the buyer receives an e-mail with the status of the order: order confirmed).
3. Payment methods

- Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- By bank transfer to the supplier's account
4. Delivery
- Delivery service: The goods will be delivered by a delivery service to your home. For Slovenia, the provider does not charge for delivery, but an additional fee is charged for smaller orders, for orders under 50€.
- Personal collection: from Monday to Friday between 9h-19h at Trg Republike 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Maximarket underpass
- Courier: Ljubljana only.
5. Age limit for using the online shop
The Shop does not accept orders for alcohol from persons under 18 years of age. In compliance with the principle of minimization of personal data collected, the Company does not make the visit to the online shop and the purchase conditional upon entering the year of birth of the individual customer and does not verify the age of visitors or customers by any other means.
As a result, by visiting the online shop, navigating through it, and placing an order, the visitor always guarantees to the Company that he/she is over 18 years of age, as selling alcoholic products to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited!
If the Company itself subsequently discovers that it is processing the personal data of a person who is under the aforementioned age, the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the execution of the order that has not yet been executed and to delete the personal data of such person.

How do we obtain, use and otherwise process your personal data?
All our online activities are in compliance with European legislation (EC Directive 95/46/EC, 2002/58/EC and conventions ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189) and national legislation of the Republic of Slovenia (personal data. Protection Act), Electronic Commerce Act, etc.). All data obtained by d.o.o. in any way through the website www.caviar-amber. si, are intended exclusively for the commercial use of the provider and since the latter is also protected in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; as of the date of its entry into force, i.e. 25.5.2018) and the Code of Obligations, d.o.o. undertakes to ensure the sustainable protection of all personal data of users in accordance with ZVOP-1.

All personal data of the user of our online shop is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
In order to make a purchase in our online shop, we need to collect some of your personal data. We will not pass on the information you provide to third parties, except for the purposes of confirming the validity of your purchase and the delivery of the products. The entry of personal or other data (email address, names, addresses and other personal data), and their provision by the customer is clearly voluntary.
By making a purchase in the online shop, you expressly agree that the personal data you provide to us at the time of ordering (name, surname, address, email address, telephone number) are stored and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Under no circumstances will the data of the subscriber be passed on to third parties.
Once the order is completed, only the order data is stored and is only accessible if the user's account number and order/invoice number are known.
The customer is also responsible for the protection of his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her email address, username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect your computer.
Periods of storage of personal data
The provider d.o.o. undertakes to process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing and for as long as necessary to achieve the pursued purpose, and, in the case of obtaining consent, also until its revocation.
At the beginning of a user session, which starts when you log in or add an item to your basket, the IP address of the user is also logged in the database for security purposes. Session data is stored for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, inactive sessions are automatically deleted. In addition, the IP address of the user is also logged in the server logs for security purposes. It will remain there for a maximum of 2 months. After 2 months, the logs are automatically deleted.
The processing of personal data is therefore carried out until the purpose has been fulfilled or within the limitation periods for the obligations that may arise from the processing of such personal data, in particular where the processing of personal data is necessary in the context of the conclusion or performance of a contract. In the latter cases, d.o.o. stores the data in accordance with the law.
What are cookies and why are they necessary?
